Deborah Swain studied Fine Art. She moved from England to Italy in 1994 and now divides her time between Rome, the eternal city, and magical Marche. She has restored several farmhouses and town houses in Le Marche, Italy.
She is a freelance translator and consultant with many years of specific experience in the translation of:

Deborah's fourth collection of poetry Kissing Gate has recently been published by Comrades Press.
She also edits the short story pages of The Physik Garden and runs the philatelic web resources Penny Black 1840 dedicated to the world's first postage stamp, as well as Elvis on Stamps a site devoted to Elvis philately!
