*a geometra is a person that rather usefully embraces the role of surveyor, architect and estate agent in one!

At LiT we work exclusively with husband and wife team Geometra Francesco Servili and English speaking Architect Fausta Del Bianco through their offices in Comunanza. They act as project managers and see you through the whole process - from elaborating those first scribbled sketches you made on the back of a napkin - to a comprehensive architectural project with all approved planning permissions from the local council.
After the intitial painstaking measurements, plans are drawn to establish the stato attuale (the actual state of the building). Then you and the geometra and architect decide together how you want to develop the property. Francesco & Fausta will provide you with alternative options for development and allow you to compare materials and prices. In short, they will give you all the information you need to make the right choices for YOU so you know exactly where you stand at every stage.
They will then oversee the work, choose the builders and make sure that everything is finished within a given deadline. They can literally guarantee you a "key in the door" package.
